The trade window of IPL 2020 has been closed where every team released a couple of players in order to make the core of their team good enough and also buy some new players from the upcoming auction. Like every team Chennai Super Kings have also released a couple of players, keeping their core team intact more or less. However, recently they had a fun interaction with the fans where they gave a witty reply to a fan who asked about trading Ravindra Jadeja to Mumbai Indians.

Chennai Super Kings have some biggest names in their side like Shane Watson, Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni, Dwayne Bravo, Ravindra Jadeja etc. They are also the only team to qualify for the playoffs in every season of IPL where they have featured so far. The won the title thrice – 2010, 2011 & 2018. This year the auction is scheduled to take place in Kolkata on December 19 where CSK has Rs 14.60 crore remaining in their purse.

However, a fan took to Twitter and to ask CSK if they are interested in trading Ravindra Jadeja to Mumbai Indians and wrote, “How about @imjadeja to @mipaltan? All bases would be covered. Isn’t? #JustSaying #koluthipoduvom What you think @ChennaiIPL?” To which the CSK gave a witty reply in a unique way, and said, “Mission Impossible”.

Recently, during the trade window, a fan had also asked about MS Dhoni’s trade to any other team before the IPL 2020 auction. Ravindra Jadeja was among those players, who were retained by the franchise in their return after finishing up the suspension back in 2018.

He is earning a huge amount of 7 Cr per season from the franchise. Currently, the all-rounder is preparing for the first-ever Day-Night Test that Team India is going to play against Bangladesh from 22nd of November at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
