Having played for over 22 years of baseball, Alex Rodriguez entertained an era in MLB. But A-Rod’s one mistake ruined his legacy in the game. Notably, MLB found him guilty of using PEDs (performance-enhancing drugs) during the early days of his baseball career; and banned him for almost two years.
Dating back to the time when MLB was investigating A-Rod’s PED case, the then-Yankees slugger, once sued MLB for allegedly buying the Biogenesis clinic, which was also involved in the infamous PED scandal. His lawyer had claimed that the investigator received $150,000 in cash for some confidential documents.

It was Alex Rodriguez v/s Major League Baseball
Per a 2013 report from Bleacher Report, the MLB officials were on a witch hunt to discard Alex Rodriguez from the sport. The report also alleged the MLB of giving $5 million to Anthony Bosch (founder of the Biogenesis clinic).
