The New York Yankees had a new addition to their team recently. It was none other than the infielder, Oswaldo Alberto Cabrera. He stole the show from the Blue Jays in his third match.
Alberto is a 23-year-old Venezuelan player. He signed with the Yankees as a free agent when he was merely 16 years old. He got promoted to the Major Leagues on August 17, 2022, and started his career with a bang.

As soon as the first pitch of Yankees v/s Blue Jays was thrown at the Bronx, the infielder was ready to steal the show.
Lourdes Gurriel Jr was about to have a home run on the very first pitch of the game, but Alberto was not going to let him have it. And he caught the ball before it hit the stands, robbing Gurriel of a homer on the first pitch.
