MLB Icon Alex Rodriguez Delights Fans by Adding a Personal Touch to Number 13 Jerseys

Even though baseball icon Alex Rodriguez does not play the game anymore, perhaps it is not possible for A-Rod to leave baseball completely. Despite his controversial career, he remains one of the most celebrated players in MLB history. Even after years of his retirement, the Yankees legend feels connected to the game. And recent action is proof of the same.

Apart from being an incredible ballplayer during his playing days, Rodriguez is also known as the one to appreciate his fans by giving back in whatever way possible. Therefore, recently, to acknowledge his fans, the former New York Yankees slugger delighted them by adding a personal touch to his iconic number #13 jerseys.

As A-Rod loves to update his fans about his recent activities, the former Yankee shared an Instagram story to let them know that he stepped foot in Vail, Colorado. There, he also did his bit to do something for his fans.

He made the normal jerseys that had number 13 and Rodriguez written behind them special by signing his autograph on each of them. Notably, it might not be a big deal for the Yankees legend, but for a fan who idolizes him for his astonishing play on the diamond, it can be a memorable event.

It’s been over six years since Rodriguez wore pinstripes. But everything that he did in his storied twenty-two-year career is still talked about. He indeed lost a huge chunk of his fanbase. However, many stood by him as he became a better person than before.
