Aaron Judge is having a memorable season this year. His consistent performance has been a major reason the Pinstripes are also having an excellent season. When talking about hitting, Judge has no competition so far in the 2022 MLB season.
It is only the first week of August of the current MLB season, and Aaron Judge already has 43 home runs to his name. And while there are still over 50 games to play this season, his numbers will go only higher. Recently, Judge’s teammate Matt Carpenter opened up about how good of a season Aaron Judge is having this year.

Not only Judge, but Carpenter himself is in his dream form. He is proving to be the best signing for the Pinstripes. Unlike the last season, the current Yankees squad has nothing to worry about. In the name of Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton, and Matt Carpenter are leading the AL giants from the plate, while Gerrit Cole, Nestor Cortes Jr., and Jameson Taillon make a fantastic pitching unit.
Aaron Judge is in a different league
Although the Yankees have faced three consecutive defeats recently, they are the top-seeded team in the American League. Coming back to Aaron Judge, the Yankees players have the best view to watch their talisman launch moonshots.

Recently, Matt Carpenter said the same. And when asked about Judge’s form, Carpenter pulled off a hilarious joke. He took the reference of a 14-year-old kid, who faked his age to play in the Little league World Series to describe Judge’s form.

“I watch him. I get a front-row seat to it,” Carpenter said. “He reminds me of the 14-year-old that lied on his birth certificate to play in the Little League World Series. He’s in another league that he should not be in, he’s that good.”

The former Cardinals slugger also compared Aaron Judge to his former teammate Paul Goldschmidt—who is also having a remarkable season—and said the two are having MVP-caliber seasons.
“It’s fun to watch. I can’t say enough about him. The teammate that he is, and the guy he is. He actually reminds me a lot of ‘Goldy’ (Paul Goldschmidt). They’re very similar,” Carpenter added. “And I don’t think it’s any surprise why they are both having MVP-caliber seasons.”
