The pop megastar, Jennifer Lopez, and the former baseball player-turned-business mogul, Alex Rodriguez, have been the talk of Hollywood town, ever since they started dating in 2017. Their relationship was an exceedingly romantic one. And it was cherished by many around them. Their relationship, till it lasted, had a great dynamic not only with them but with their kids as well. Earlier this year, the actress got married to Good Will Hunting actor, Ben Affleck. And recently, her ex-fiance, Alex Rodriguez, came forward to wish her on the new journey of her life.

The former baseball star appeared on the Friday episode of, “Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace?” Rodriguez talked about various things, including his ex-fiancee moving forward and getting married. Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, officially announced their separation in April 2021. Thereafter, Lopez got married to Affleck in July this year. 

“I wish her and the children, who are smart, and beautiful and wonderful — I wish them the very best,” Rodriguez said, regarding his ex-fiancee at her wedding to the Oscar-winning actor. 

He also said, “She’s the most talented human being I’ve ever been around. Hardest worker. And I think she is the greatest … live performer in the world today that’s alive.”

Before their actual announcement of separation, there have been many rumors of Alex cheating on Jen. But the couple has always denied them by telling people that how close and in love they were.

Alex Rodriguez met Jennifer Lopez for the first time, in the year 2005. It was before a Yankees v/s Mets game. At the time, both of them were married to different people. They met again more than a decade later in 2017, and started dating soon after.

After two years of dating, Alex thought it was the right time to pop the question. So he did. And the singer said yes. They planned to host a wedding next year, but unfortunately, that could not happen because of Covid restrictions.
