‘She’s Going to Have to Call You Back’- Famed Former Playboy Derek Jeter Once Hilariously Insinuated Relations With Reporter’s Spouse Amidst Press Conference

With the long list of names, if there is one, the baseball legend, Derek Jeter, was once known as, is a playboy. With the rumors of him dating multiple women, one of Jeter’s names became the playboy.

His days as a playboy got over when he started dating the supermodel, Hannah Davis, and eventually got married to her in 2016.

During a conference after ‘The Derek Jeter Day’ was celebrated, Jeter answered the phone of a reporter and talked to the reporter’s significant other. 

Why did Derek Jeter answer the phone of a reporter?

The shortstop retired from being a Yankee in 2014. ‘The Derek Jeter Day’ was celebrated in honor of him on September 7, 2014. 

After the game, Jeter was praising his fans. The reporters put their cell phones on the table in front of the slugger for recording his statement. In between him talking, one reporter’s phone started ringing. After asking for consent, he picked up the call and answered it for the reporter.

Jeter said, “Fans have been awesome whether it’s walking the streets, going out to eat, or here at the stadium.” Following this one of the phones on the table started ringing, and he said, “Someone’s phone is ringing.” 

The reporter said sorry for it, and then Jeter picked up the phone and read the name of the caller, “Walt Reinheimer.” This was enough to bring laughter among the people present there, but then he asked the reporter, “Are we good?”, and then he answered the phone by, “Walt, she’ll have to call you back, buddy.”

He then proceeded to put the phone back and continued what he was saying before the call.

Was Jeter really a playboy?

If the list of Derek Jeter’s relationships is to be believed, Jeter was in fact a playboy. But then, every relationship that was rumored was not true.  Because no proof of him dating some women ever surfaced. 

On the basis of his long list of dating history, he was called a playboy. The reality is known to him only because Mr. Clean was good at keeping his life private.
