What started off as a rather forgettable month for the New York Yankees, quickly transformed into a month to never forget. And the Yankees’ senior players and stars have carried the team right through, whether it’s Aaron Judge, Anthony Rizzo, Gerrit Cole, or even Harrison Bader. Everyone has been impressive. After a rough start and excessive fan humiliation, the Yankees are now back in the mix, and carrying the Pinstripes’ energy.

The Yankees month started after the Bronx Bombers lost 15-2 against the Texas Rangers, and went on to lose another series against the Tampa Bay Rays. At that moment, the Pinstripes slid to the bottom of the AL East. But as the month progressed, they beat the Guardians, Athletics, Blue Jays, and Reds, and split with the Rays. The Yanks are now third in AL East and are consistently climbing up.

Yankees skipper Aaron Boone, who has faced immense fan heat through the start of May, reflected on the month, and said, “Great trip. Tough stretch, 33 games out of 34 [days]. We’ve been beat. We’ve got some guys out. I’m excited by how well this team is competing. Walk in with edge, prepare and compete. They’re doing that at a high level right now.”

not saying we are back but we look so much better. Judge means so much to this team. Stanton and Rodon are going to make us much better. All we need is a deadline reliever/LF (been saying this for 5 years)

Never a doubt this team is starting to listen to the pressure with Hicks DFA . If Donaldson is chopped next it’ll be a true contender

The Yankees have only had that two series stretch without Judge where they lost and could've won at least one of those series

Yankees are a notoriously bad April team. I was never worried.
