Is Colby Covington the man to solve the puzzle that is Kamaru Usman?

Former American Top Team member, ‘Chaos’ Covington took to Instagram and posted a video promoting an energy drink as he rolled around on the floor practicing his submissions. In the clip, fans can see Covington transitioning from one submission to another as he prepares for a fight.

Chaos’ was ousted from American Top Team as he violated team rules. The rules at American Top Team state that teammates may talk trash about each other and take personal shots only if they have a bout agreement signed. Covington did not have this in place when he spoke ill about the likes of Dustin Poirier, Jorge Masvidal, among others.

Therefore Covington now trains under the watchful eyes of Caesar Carneiro and Daniel Valverde. The two men are responsible for UFC stars like Ricardo Lamas and Miguel Baeza among others.
