Ever since the YouTuber Jake Paul has entered combat sports, he has constantly targeted fighters and their promotions, especially UFC and its fighters.

Recently, he appeared for an interview where he continued his rant towards the UFC and its president Dana White. He accused the latter of not providing good paychecks to his fighters and pressurizing them.

“I’m a big proponent for that movement (big pay for fighters),” he said. “It’s just like music labels. The same thing, the artists are getting owned and getting locked up in these sh*tty contracts and they don’t know what to do. So f*ck that sh*t, f*ck Dana White.”

When asked if he is speaking on those fighters behalf, the boxer said, “because no one could talk sh*t to Dana. They will just sideline them and they are f*cked.”

“I’m the only one that doesn’t need Dana White while everyone is just scared of him. I don’t give a f*ck about,” he added.

Jake then agreed that fighters are closing out their contracts so that they could fight him. “100 percent,” he said. “I think there’s gonna be a change in the movement. We are innovating the fight game and you are starting to see that.”

He added that although most fighters see it from a sporting point of view, there are a lot many things going around (money matters) and it’s show business.

When Dana White refused to work with Jake Paul and Logan Paul

Jake has relentlessly been on loggerheads with many top UFC fighters. He has even asked them to have a fight, but the fight seems to be only happening through social media. Even Dana White has given his opinion on Jake many times.

Recently, Dana White appeared in an interview where clearly denied sending his fighters to fight Paul brothers. “First of all, I would never do business with those guys, just no,” he told.

“No, this is not what we do. I’m not gonna f***ing loan them a guy for f**ing what? There’s no way. You got plenty of f***ing goofballs out there that you can muster up to get in there and play these games that these guys are playing. Yeah, I’m not your guy.”

The president though has appreciated their way of working but doesn’t think they could stand up to the challenge posed by his top fighters.

For now, the collaboration between Paul and UFC is not likely visible, but one can never say never when it comes to combat sports and its possibilities.
