It can help athletes eliminate common discomfort, rehab an injury, or even reduce the risk of concussions down the road. It comes under three models, pro, varsity, and home.

Rogan, who has had extensive discussions about this with guests on his show, eventually tried it. He took to Instagram and explained his satisfaction with the product.

“This is me trying @theironneck out for the first time,” he said. “I want to marry this thing. It provides you with resistance from the bungee cord which is 50 pounds and from the adjustable resistance of the rotation of the device on your neck.”

“Mike Jolly developed it to help strengthen the neck but also to help protect from a certain amount of CTE by protecting the head from snapping around as much on impact. I could immediately tell it’s an awesome solution.”
