Apparently, after three Hendrick Motorsports drivers were knocked out of the race, Alex Bowman decided to work with Trackhouse Racing’s Ross Chastain. However, it turns out that Chastain and his team had a change of plans and they decided to go in a different direction, without informing Bowman.
