WWE WrestleMania generated attention from wrestling enthusiasts from all across. With millions of fans cheering him on, 38-year-old Cody Rhodes was looking to create history and end the long-running reign of Roman Reigns as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. In the end, Rhodes succeeded. It didn’t take long for a couple of renowned celebrities, including some from the NBA world, to make their voices heard about the same.

New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson recently took to his official X account to send his flowers to the WWE champion. He chose not to post too much of a wordy compliment and instead wrote “Shoutout Cody (muscle emoji)”.

Jalen Brunson seems to have given his undivided attention during the much-awaited fight, which had some of the most memorable moments a WWE fan can experience. Disaster Kicks and Superman Punches dominated the event, with Rhodes bringing out one of his signature moves, the ‘Cody Cutter’ from time to time.

Despite being quite busy himself with the ongoing NBA season and as the Knicks look to secure a playoff spot, Brunson has allowed himself from time to time to catch a glimpse of the ‘Wrestlemania XL’ matches. The same was seen, a few hours ago, as he couldn’t hold his excitement at the arrival of two unexpected guests during the event.
