As the Red Bull car’s tire ground against the track, fans wondered, can Max Verstappen win from here? At the time, the Dutch racer was far behind in 9th place and the F1 Miami Grand Prix was sure to have a new winner. However, Verstappen pulled off yet another miracle from behind the wheel. Marching to first, he defended his podium at the Vice City and took an even further lead in the standings. Many witnessed his majestic performance, including Larsa Pippen, her beau and Michael Jordan’s son Marcus, Jake Paul, and several more.

With the Miami Grand Prix victory, Verstappen now holds a 14-point lead in the championship ladder and could very well be on his way to capturing a third title.

After the win, he has 119 points in the standings, 14 points better than the next, his teammate Sergio Perez.

Verstappen’s drive was worth the applause and fans patted the two-time F1 champion on the back for his outstanding display. They deemed it his era and Max Verstappen as the ‘absolute’.

Verstappen only proves why he is included among the all-time greats. It isn’t just his success but the undying resilience to cross the finish line before anyone else. There aren’t many who did what Verstappen was able to do tonight. Without the heart of a champion, it might just be next to impossible to perform at the level he did.
