Apart from his retirement rumors, King James might also go through surgery for his torn tendon.

Right ankle surgery concerns for King James

The 38-year-old might have to undergo surgery on his right ankle. He played through a torn tendon during his last leg of the season and might need surgery to get back to proper functioning. It has not yet been confirmed whether he will go through with the surgery, if he does, he will be sidelined for at least two months, which makes the offseason the perfect time to get the procedure.

Despite playing with an injured foot, James was undeniably one of the MVPs of the Lakers’ play on Tuesday. During the postgame interview, he revealed, “I got a lot to think about, to be honest.
