Michael Jordan is probably one of the greatest players of all time, but he too is a victim of the “flirt”. Television host Oprah Winfrey was one of those who did it heavily when he was on the show. Jordan, of course, laughed it off and didn’t mind it too much.

In a 1996 appearance on the Oprah Show, he was surprised by the first question she asked. Oprah asked, “I tell you, did you smell me?“. Michael responded to this question with a negative and then she said, “I’m wearing Michael Jordan’s Air. That’s what I am wearing.” “Air” was Jordan’s recently released cologne, which according to Winfrey, smelled “fresh and clean.”

The awkward flirting did not end there, though. Right after that, she continued, “Do you know how big you are? And I don’t mean in size!” Winfrey told Jordan before the audience burst into laughs.

“Do you realize the enormity of your fame, and what you mean to people? Does it ever hit you?” Jordan had fun with the question and reminded Oprah that they’re ‘such great friends.’ Then, he started talking about how hard it is to be famous. “Sometimes,” Jordan replied. “When I can’t do basic things like I can’t just move around, I can’t go to the grocery store, I can’t get out of my car and pump my gas without someone coming.”
