Apart from being one of the best players in the world, Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is also a loving and responsible family man. Despite his busy schedule, the Greek Freak doesn’t forget his family duties. He visited Disneyland with his family recently. The Bucks play the Boston Celtics on the 15th next and it seems Giannis has taken some time off. The former NBA champion posted a rather weird photo of the whole trip on Instagram.

Antetokounmpo smiled for the photo with his son’s pacifier in his mouth! NBA fans were all guns blazing in the comment section as they reacted to the hilarious photo with many fans accusing Antetokounmpo of ‘disturbing’ his son. 

The Greek Freak’s latest selfie leaves the NBA world in splits

Two-time MVP and former NBA champion Giannis Antetokounmpo is certainly one of the funniest players in the league. The Greek Freak, as he is affectionately known, likes to crack jokes during press conferences.

Recently, he posted a selfie on Instagram and captioned it, ‘Disneyland with fam’. Interestingly, Giannis had his son’s pacifier in his mouth! Antetokounmpo’s elder son, Liam, turned three recently which might have been celebrated with a trip to Disneyland. 

One fan commented, “This the same guy that drops 30 points a game on your favorite player”, while another wrote, “Casual parenting W”. A user accused Giannis of troubling his child as the comment read, “Why Are You Disturbing Your Baby?”.

Some fans wondered what Mariah Riddlesprigger, Giannis’ wife, had to say about this. One comment read, “Ik y’a wife said sum about this” while some fans called him “Baby Giannis”.

The Milwaukee Bucks superstar has two sons. His elder son, Liam, was born on February 10th, 2020. Giannis and Mariah Riddlesprigger welcomed their second son, Maverick Shai, on September 15, 2021. Considering how young his kids still are, Giannis certainly got an earful from his wife for taking the pacifier away. 

Giannis Antetokounmpo wants to watch his own highlights with his sons

The Bucks superstar still has a lot of time left in the league. With so many accolades to his name, he already has a Hall of Fame career at the age of 28. However, there will be a time when he will have to retire and Giannis already knows what he is going to do after that.

During an interview, he disclosed that he wants to watch all his spectacular plays with his sons. Antetokounmpo said, “They might say. ‘Daddy, you’re boring. You’re lame. We don’t want to see your highlights.”

In the same interview, Giannis asserted that he wants to keep ‘creating’ on the hardwood. Considering how high his ceiling really is, there is no doubt that he will keep creating magic on the hardwood.
