From the offseason till now, the league has been all about James Harden’s fiasco. It is safe to say that Harden has kept the NBA Twitter fans on their toes with his antics. He has angered some, been a joke for some, and there are a few who have shown their support for the man as well.

The James Harden fiasco

It goes back to the Houston Rockets‘ disappointing exit from the playoffs. Harden was the sole superstar of a franchise that expected him to lead them to a title someday. However, even a decade later the Rockets always end up being sent back home from the playoffs. It seemed like Harden was tired of it and showed an interest in being traded as soon as the offseason began.

But the Rockets were not ready to let go of their star player. They even tried to convince him to stay by sending Russell Westbrook to the Washington Wizards and bringing in John Wall. Although, this just seemed to have angered him more. Thus, Harden didn’t show up for training camp, was seen partying around against the league’s health and safety protocols, and was also fined for it.

Even though Harden returned to play for the team, he just wasn’t the same. The last straw was after their blowout defeat against the Los Angeles Lakers. James went on to criticize the team for being beyond repair. And the very night, the news of his trade to the Brooklyn Nets was out.

However, there is another person he was compared to. This is Olympic weightlifter and retired wrestler, Mark Henry. One would think that Henry wouldn’t take these jokes well, but that’s far from the truth.

Scoop B revealed that Mark wasn’t bad at the memes at all, in fact, he found them hilarious. As per him, Henry joked and said, “No, not at all. James Harden wish he was this fine!”

Well, that is one way to look at it. Now that Harden has gotten what he wanted, it will be fascinating to see how he fits with his former teammate, Kevin Durant. Is it going to be as good as everyone is expecting? Or will this be another road to disaster for Harden?
