However, this time, it was Shaq just kicking it back and celebrating Christmas with his family as his daughter shared a heartfelt moment on social media.

Christmas day was packed with multiple NBA games taking place. With some playoff matchups and potential rivalries getting fueled, fans were busy with the action taking place in the league. Meanwhile, Shaq was at home spending Christmas with his sons and daughters.

Shaquille O’Neal spends Christmas with his family

Shaq’s daughter Taahirah O’Neal posted a picture of the family posing together with each other on Instagram. She had a simple caption for the image, “Merry Christmas.”

Even the 4-time NBA Champion posted a picture with his three sons on his official Instagram page captioning the image saying, “ONEAL BOYZ” and tagging all of his sons.

Shaquille O’Neal’s ex-wife Shaunie was not part of the Christmas celebrations. Neither was she in the picture that featured the entire family.

Shaunie Henderson has clearly moved on from her relationship with the Los Angeles Lakers legend. She has gotten remarried and is supposedly quite happy with her new spouse. Moreover, even Shaquille O’Neal has said that he has been dating Annie Ilonzeh.

Shaq and Shaunie’s divorce

After beginning to date in the 90s, the two called it quits and had quite a public divorce back in 2011. They have, however, put any hard feelings toward one another to rest. Shaq took the entire blame on himself for their failed relationship and marriage.

Shaunie, on the other hand, was happy to see the Big Man admit his mistake. Moreover, she reiterated that she had, by then, already dealt with the public’s criticism and accusations. Shaunie was publically accused of stealing Shaq’s money and having affairs behind his back.
