When it is the Indiana Pacers vs the New York Knicks, Reggie Miller is the man who will be getting the last laugh. Jalen Brunson and Co. gave the Knicks a promising 3-2 lead in the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals. However, the tables turned after injuries piled up and the Pacers took advantage of it. After a classic game 7 today, the Pacers are into the Eastern Finals and Miller decided to mock the Knicks by highlighting an incident with Josh Hart from game 2.

The Knicks took a 2-0 lead by securing the court at Madison Square Garden. Reggie Miller took the trouble of announcing game 2, although he was not initially on the list of announcers. The Knicks defeated the Pacers that game, and the MSG chanted, “F*** you Reggie” in the final few minutes. Hart came to Miller and said, I think they are saying, ‘F*** you.

Miller did not forget this incident. After the Knicks lost 130-109 today, Miller shared his interaction with Josh Hart from game 2, and wrote in the captions, When the series CHANGED!! Jalen Brunson you’re a true BALLER, been the best player in these playoffs, but you and your boys can all heal up together on some beautiful beaches in Cancun, please enjoy!!”. Looks like Miller wants the rivalry to continue.

Miller should have been adamant about announcing game 7. It would have made his rivalry with the Knicks more iconic. However, his game 2 appearance at MSG has turned favorable for him now.

Miller wants to get the best of the Knicks even after his retirement. Well, that’s how rivalry works for the Pacers legend. Before he called game 2, he shared in the Dan Patrick’s show, For those of you wondering why I’m doing this game, it’s the same reason why Tony Romo or Troy Aikman, they do Dallas Cowboys games…That’s how it is. That’s my job, to call it like I see it.” He did not stop with this.

Right before game 2 started, he shared on TNT broadcast, People are like, ‘Aren’t you worried about going back to New York City and calling a game?’ No. I’ve owned this city. I’ve owned this building, so why would I be worried?” The Knicks won the game 2, but the Pacers have won the series now. Reggie Miller might be the happiest man in the world at the moment. He has started to mock the Knicks already.
