Kobe Bryant‘s wife Vanessa just flaunted her exclusive shoes on Instagram. Big kudos to the businesswoman and philanthropist who continues to work for her late husband’s legacy. After the tragic passing of the Los Angeles Lakers legend and her daughter Gianna Bryant, Vanessa and Nike teamed up to continue the Mamba line.

Four years after the incident, the brand paid homage to Vanessa Bryant with an exclusive pair of Nike Kobe 8s specially designed for the mother of four. The 41-year-old shared a closer look at the kicks on her Instagram page. The post was captioned, “My Valentine’s Day “PE’s/ Wifey’s”  2024 #MambaForever.” Here is a closer look at the trainers.

After 18 years, Bryant’s partnership with Nike concluded in April 2021 when an agreement couldn’t be reached between the company and Vanessa Bryant. Earlier, there were some issues with their partnership. However, both sides have been able to reach an amicable agreement.

In 2022, Vanessa successfully negotiated an extension of the Kobe Bryant sneaker line with Nike, securing the future of his iconic series. There has been a usual schedule of Kobe releases with fans eagerly anticipating the upcoming Nike Kobe 8 Protro Court Purple and Radiant Emerald. Though these Valentine’s sneakers shared by Vanessa, probably won’t be available for retail, this pair is truly captivating to behold.

The Nike Kobe 8 “Wifey” PE stands out as a striking tribute, adorned with a vibrant red Engineered Mesh upper embellished with hearts. This design captures attention and pays homage to Bryant and Vanessa’s bond in a unique way.

The combination of the red hue and heartfelt details creates a visually appealing aesthetic. Adding to the appeal are the contrasting white Swoosh logos on the sides, the Kobe logo on the tongue, and the stripe details on the heel, which break up the overall look and add a touch of balance.
