The ‘Baddest Woman on the Planet’ revealed that she shared the same zodiac with ‘His Airness’, Michael Jordan. However, this was not the only time she was placed beside the basketball legend.
Ronda Rousey shares the same zodiac with Michael Jordan
Back in 2015, the champion from WWE and UFC, Ronda Rousey had an interesting interaction with Mike Tyson. Iron Mike was waiting for Rhonda to conclude her training. Following which, Rousey introduced her mother to Tyson. Thereafter, Tyson asked Rousey what her zodiac sign was.

Rowdy’s reply had a hint of pride as she connected herself with the legendary hockey player, Wayne Gretzky and basketball star, Michael Jordan. “I’m Aquarius”, she replied, “Yeah, same as Wayne Gretzky, Michael Jordan.”
The boxing legend then called them water people and revealed that he was a Cancer. Then he went on to praise the UFC Hall of Famer.
Stars comparing ‘Rowdy’ to Michael Jordan
However, this was not the first time Rousey was connected with the former Chicago Bull. The former WWE star and powerlifter, Mark Henry, said that ‘The Rowdy One’ fell under the same category as Jordan.
He said, “Ronda falls under the same category as Michael Jordan… like, she is great… She suffers from the greatness hate.”
Furthermore, Henry compared her with Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Larry Bird and Muhammad Ali.
Prior to the UFC 193, the Hollywood star, Mark Wahlberg, didn’t back down from praising the former UFC women’s champion. He believed that ‘Rowdy’ was the one who transcended women’s MMA.
Wahlberg quoted, “She’s the Michael Jordan of her sport. She’s got that heart of a lion… She basically transcended the sport.”

Rousey found success very early in her UFC career. She claimed the women’s bantamweight belt for herself in 2013 and kept it to her five times. Her armbars and superior judo skills left everyone with goosebumps.

However, her loss against Holly Holm and Amanda Nunes not only got her knocked out in the arena, but also from UFC.
Although she retired from MMA, Rousey found success in Hollywood. She starred in action packed movies like, ‘The Expendables 3’, ‘Furious 7’ and ‘Mile 22’.
