1.  OFFSIDE RULE
If a  player with ball possession crosses, passes or has a shot at goal and if his teammate in an offside position tries to play for the ball or attempts a shot , even without touching it , then it will be called as offside and in case the ball ends up back of the net by other of same team in an o- side position then the goal would be ruled out.

Most recent example being the latest Christan Benteke Goal, when the ball was crossed in  by Henderson and Coutinho in an offside position tried to play the ball clearly , Benteke tapped the ball after Coutinho failed to make contact .The goal shouldn’t be given as the guideline suggest “A player in an offside position shall be penalised if he: Makes an obvious action which clearly impacts on the ability of an opponent to play the ball.”
