While they’re not big on social media PDA, Dobbs made his first public display of affection in July 2021, followed by a lovey-dovey post in December for Jocelyn’s birthday. Dobbs proudly showcases her achievements on his Instagram, including a photo of Jocelyn in her Las Vegas Raiders cheering uniform.

She participated in the NFL Women’s Careers in Football Forum in February 2020. In the same year, Lara was also the executive assistant to the head football coach at the University of Minnesota.
