But which player will make an immediate impact from the word ‘go’? Well, Peter Schrager has made his pick, but it’s one that not many fans expected. The NFL analyst spoke on Good Morning Football and opened up on which player he thinks will make an immediate impact. He gave a surprising response when he named Kadarius Toney from the University of Florida.
Toney is a dynamic play-maker that will not be a top draft pick. Hence, he is likely to go to playoff contender where he will have a chance to fit into a solid starting lineup.

“I’m going with Kadarius Toney, the Florida wide receiver, who does it all. He’s compared to Deebo Samuel. The way I look at it is, he’s not going to go in the top 14, he’s not going to go to a team that’s struggling. This guy is going to go to a playoff contender at the end of the first round. And if that is the case, they’re getting an absolute weapon. He will be utilized and will make an immediate impact, and will be on prime time every single week, or in a big game, especially if he’s going in the late 20s.”

Kadarius Toney – Breakout star from the NFL Draft?
Schrager added that if Toney goes to a solid contender like the Packers, the Saints, or the Ravens, he will get a shot at instant success. He is a dynamic presence in the offensive unit and can provide great speed. Schrager noted that people who watched footage of Kyle Pitts also found Toney very impressive. Hence, he feels Toney will be the breakout star of the 2021 NFL Draft.
