Tracey Edmonds, 56, has shifted her focus to the positive after announcing her split from Deion Sanders. In a joint social media statement, the couple, together for over a decade, declared their decision to end their engagement and move forward as friends. 

Expressing gratitude to those who supported them, Edmonds later thanked her followers for the overwhelming messages of support. In an Instagram post, the businesswoman and TV producer acknowledged the outpouring of love, stating her appreciation, even though she couldn’t respond individually at the moment. Following her break up, Edmonds has been able to embark on a journey of optimism and healing and has been able to embrace her singlehood. In her recent post on Platform X, she celebrates just that.

That’s why it is so important to break thought the conditioning and become a happy single before you start looking for love,” feels the 56-year-old mother of two.

Though the reason behind their split is not made exclusive speculation about Deion Sanders and Tracey Edmonds’ breakup centers on their extended engagement and a perceived misalignment in Coach Prime’s priorities.

Sanders’ unwavering dedication to both his career and children is evident to onlookers. This dynamic prompts inquiries into how Sanders manages his time and resources, particularly in his commitment to his children. Deion Sanders briefly mentioned his split with Tracey Edmonds on the “Nightcap” podcast with Shannon Sharpe and Chad Johnson on Dec. 18. The conversation playfully shifted to annoying habits, with Sanders joking about Johnson’s eating. Sanders expressed his pet peeve of loud eating, especially in women.

When asked about a dinner date scenario, Sanders humorously responded, “Y’all need to stop now. First of all, stop talking like that because you know I’m in the portal. But go ahead, let’s keep going. … You know they put me in the portal, but go ahead.” Sanders has remained supportive of her former partner and even conveyed appreciation for the shared moments and laughter. He lauded Edmonds as an incredible woman and a remarkable mother, extending wishes of blessings in all her future endeavors.
