Patrick Mahomes has had quality success since he took the reins. He became an MVP, Super Bowl Champ, and put other AFC teams on notice. The Chiefs had a film session and a training camp procedure, having offensive coaching heads. Andy Reid, Matt Nagy, and coordinator Eric Bieniemy put up pointers and noted some details on the offensive side. But, after the coaching staff’s guidelines and before the meeting moved on, Patrick Mahomes stood up in front of the screen and is ‘outright leading’ the film sessions at the franchise’s training camp.
As per The Kansas City Star, GM Brett Veach mentions, “This is something where (Mahomes) is going up there, and the coaches are running the remote, but he’s talking to the players. I think you can’t have enough of that — because everyone learns differently. The way Pat describes things, sometimes as a player, you can’t have enough of that stuff. Patrick Mahomes, 26, seeks to reinforce the offensive side with productive notes and words of wisdom. He would try to reach the isle of relevancy after narrowly missing out on the Super Bowl last season.

Rookies on both sides appear to be settling in, with some of them putting in great performances. The situation only grew more challenging for the squad after the athletes who were long shots to make the 53-man lineup took over. The team also escaped with only a few injury issues with Blake Bell and Derrick Gore, who left the game early. If Mahomes and crew remains focused, Super Bowl looks inevitable.
