Danica Patrick is the perfect example of this phenomenon. She is the only woman to make history by winning an Indy Open Wheel Race Title. Why? She made history by winning the 2008 Indy Japan 300 as the only woman driver to date. She still has a strict training regimen, even for a retired 41-year-old.

Danica Patrick recently re-posted a story on Instagram showing just how fit she is even after all these years of retirement. In the story, we can see Patrick pulling an impressive amount of weight during a deadlift session at the Source Performance gym. Although it was difficult to tell how much she was lifting, the look on her face was enough to tell people that she was not playing.

Patrick is doing dumbbell lunges, showing off her strength and flexibility in a series of stories in the consecutive story. Even though there is not a shred of doubt about her athletic prowess, these stories sure are a nice way to promote the gym where she works out. The former Indy Japan 300 champion is now an author of several books as well along with some other ventures.

Danica Patrick’s huge list of achievements

Apart from the racing career she retired in 2018, Danica Patrick has invested in multiple business ventures. She is a well-settled businesswoman with her own clothing line as well as the sole proprietor of Somnium, a wine estate. In addition to this, she is the author of two books, “Pretty Intense” and “Danica: Crossing the Line”.

She also hosts the podcast ‘Pretty Intense’ where she invites many opinion leaders. There she touches upon a plethora of topics, from AI and Spirituality to black holes, Extra-Terrestrial beings, time, and space. She has amassed more than 250k subscribers on her self-titled YouTube page.

Aaron Rodgers, her ex-boyfriend, has also given the credits where they are due by thanking Danica. He mentions how both have had a spiritual journey and learned a lot about each other during this time. Perhaps, this is what influenced Rodgers to take a dark retreat to decide what he wanted to do in the future.
