Aaron Rodgers, the star quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, is one of the best players in the NFL. He played a major role in their matchup against the Chicago Bears. The Packers finished the 2020 regular season with 35-16 with a win over the Bears.

There were 4 touchdown passes made by Rodgers. He completed 79.2% of his passes, giving an average of 10.0 every attempt he made. He finished the 2020 regular season with a passer rating of 147.9.

Every game that Rodgers stepped in to play, he came out on the top. After defeating the Bears, the Packers clinched the No. 1 seed in the NFC. Defeating the Bears brought the team’s season record to go up to a 13-3.

Aaron Rodgers makes up for his 2019 performance

Rodgers has compensated for his not so good 2019 performance. He has been a different Aaron Rodgers in this season. He has improved all the statistical categories. In 2019, he was not so confident with running the offense, but in 2020, it’s as if he has been cut out for the offense.

“The guy just doesn’t miss right now and then makes because sometimes dudes don’t get open and you got to make the throws, and he’s constantly making these throws,” said analyst Dan Orlovsky.

Rodgers has set a record for the most touchdown passes and highest completion percentage in a single season. He has a completion percentage of 70.7 and 48 touchdown passes this season.

He couldn’t top the passer rating scale, he might not be number one on the list but with a passer rating of 12.5, he still is the player who has the second-highest passer rating.

“The best Aaron Rodgers has ever had. It’s the best he’s ever looked,” said analyst Dan Orlovsky.

This season is indeed the best season that Rodgers has ever had. No one expected such a drastic change in the Packers shot-caller. He has completely owned this season and is one of the strongest contenders for the MVP this year.
