The New York Giants are going for a risky move this season. Tight end, Darren Waller, suffered a hamstring injury once again. It was not longer than a week ago that Waller had experienced a hamstring tightness. Because of this, the Giants had to deem him questionable resulting in lurking uncertainty. On Friday, Jordan Reenan of ESPN stated that Waller seemed to be “moving well” and the injury was, in fact, a result of the hamstring tightness last week. 

The tight end was limited from the practice but, even though his injury seemed significant, it was not believed to be serious enough. However, a recent report has informed the fans of some positive news. Darren Waller is now expected to play the match against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night. As a result, the fans have expressed varying reactions about the matter. 

Darren Waller will be playing despite his injury

Dov Kleiman on Twitter, informed that the tight end Darren Waller is now expected to play against the Cowboys. He will be extremely useful to the New York Giants since they have been beaten by the opposition team 10 times in a row. The post added that the tight end will give it a go at the match since his injury does not seem that bad.

The Giants fans have expressed mixed reactions regarding the matter. Some have conveyed their worries and others have displayed joy in the comments. Because the tight end had experienced a setback last season while playing for the Las Vegas Raiders due to the same hamstring injury, everyone is more concerned about the player now. “Doesn’t make sense for him to play. He has a history of hamstring injuries and it’s week 1. Why risk losing him long term if you’re the Giants?” expressed a concerned fan.
