Tom Brady once talked about taking help from a psychologist

During the Howard Stern Show, Brady got a little emotional while talking about his psychologist, Harden. He said, I started working with a psychologist who was really an amazing influence on my life… It’s a little emotional because it was a very vulnerable time in my life because I was questioning who I was.

“I had gone from [growing up in] California to Michigan. I was a long way from home in a different environment. [Harden] helped me kind of grow up from this kid in California to being more of a man and being on my own and taking more personal responsibility for my life. He wasn’t going to let me be a victim,” TB12 further said.

At first, nobody picked him to be one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. Brady worked really hard for it to become one of the best, if not the best. He played for the Patriots for 20 years and won 6 Super Bowl titles. Then, he joined the Bucs in 2020 and won the Super Bowl with them in his very first season. Currently, he is playing his 3rd season with the Bucs and his 23rd season in the NFL.
