While there are many hugely successful models who professed their love for TB12, the recent speculations brought together two widely contrasting worlds.

The Brady-Kardashian dynamic

The Tom Brady-Kim Kardashian rumors started as certain sources claimed that Kim was house hunting in Tom Brady’s golf cart. Since then, it has been confirmed that Kim Kardashian is indeed looking for a vacation home in the same exclusive Bahamian neighborhood that Brady is also an owner of.

Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club’s exclusive members-only residential community has been a regular chilling spot for Tom Brady. The NFL GOAT even took a hiatus with his ex-wife  Gisele Bundchen to said vacation home, while working on their marriage.

However, Brady was not present in the area, when Kim Kardashian made her visit. Prior to her trip, Kim Kardashian turned to Tom Brady for advice, and the Super Bowl champion obliged.

“Kim and Tom are friendly. She phoned him and asked him for his advice on Baker’s Bay” shared a source with Page Six. Despite rumors of a budding love story, the source clarified that the pair share “no romance”.

The same further expanded, “She’s been eyeing property there for quite some time,”

With Tom Brady’s representative shutting down the rumors, a source close to Kim Kardashian illuminated that the two share many common friends, and hence have a cordial relationship, but any claims of a romance blossoming are completely out the window.

Another Brady-Kardashian connection

In addition to them appreciating the same location for a vacation home, both Kim Kardashian and Tom Brady have an acute eye for business as well. Kardashian’s shapewear and clothing brand venture Skims, skyrocketed her net worth with expectations to surpass $400 million this year.

Aiding Kardashian throughout this gigantic run has been her business partner Jens Grede, the man responsible for running Tom Brady’s sportswear line. The Brady Brand has been a mammoth in the sportswear section, roping in significant names in the sporting world. And Jens Grede has been a pivotal figure, running the day-to-day operations.

The source close to Kim Kardashian and Tom Brady implied that the two share a lot of common friends, and Jens Grede is just one of them. With Grede incorporated in both ventures, it is safe to speculate that maybe he is the one who put the contact, and thus began the chaos.
