Mike Evans and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are through to the Super Bowl LV after a convincing win over Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship game. The likes of Tom Brady, Scott Miller, and Leonard Fournette were influential in pulling off a narrow 26-31 win. But one player who has gone under the radar this season is veteran wide receiver, Mike Evans.
The explosive wideout has spent his entire career in Florida, playing for the Buccaneers. He will now make his first appearance at a Super Bowl since joining Tampa Bay in 2014. Evans has been one of the most consistent wideouts in the NFL over the last 6-7 years. He is a soft-mouthed guy with great etiquette and eloquent mannerisms.

College sweethearts Mike Evans and Ashli tie the knot in 2016
Mike Evans began to make waves while playing for Ball High School in Galveston, Texas. He was recruited by Texas A&M and was selected by the Buccaneers in the first round of the 2014 NFL draft. But football wasn’t the only thing that made an impact on Mike during his Texas A&M days, as college was where he met his long-time love interest, Ashli Dotson.
The two met in February 2014 and almost immediately hit it off. 10 months later, the pair were engaged in a beautiful ceremony that was attended by their near and dear ones. Two years later they tied the knot on February 13 at a grand ceremony in Houston, Texas.

Meet the kids of the Evans family household
Mike and his wife Ashli have two kids together – Ariah Lynn Evans and Amari Thomas Evans. He also has a daughter from a previous relationship by the name of Mackenzie. Of the trio, Amari is the youngest. Mackenzie was the flower girl at her dad’s wedding back in 2016 and his often seen on his social media.

The little speedster turned a year old on December 28, 2020. Just like their beautiful mother, Evans’ kids are also often pictured at home games in Buccaneer’s attire. However, the Evans family has not been able to do the same this season due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
