The NFL world is buzzing. A staple superstar might finally make his return to the big leagues. No, it’s not Tom Brady, but Odell Beckham Jr. is prepared to provide his talents to any and all teams who seek them. The three-time Pro Bowler recently held a workout in Arizona in hopes of securing a contract after missing all of the 2022 season while recovering from an ACL injury.

News is that two teams have reportedly shown interest in OBJ. OBJ’s workout took place at Arizona State’s practice facility and was attended by several NFL teams, including the Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, and New York Giants. While the workout was not open to the media, reports suggest that OBJ looked impressive and showed no signs of lingering issues from his ACL injury.

After spending time with the Cleveland Browns and the LA Rams, OBJ has been on the lookout for a new team that can provide him with the opportunity to showcase his skills. so he can help a team make a run for the Super Bowl. New England Patriots and New York Giants are teams that have had varying degrees of success in recent years. They may be looking to add OBJ to their rosters in hopes of turning their fortunes around.

For the Patriots, adding a player of OBJ’s caliber could be just what they need to revitalize their offense. The team has struggled in recent years to find a reliable target for QB Mac Jones. OBJ’s ability to make big plays could be just what the doctor ordered.

As for the Giants, they are a team that has been searching for a true number-one receiver for several years. What could be better than to have a reunion of the Giants with their superstar?

While they have some talented players on their roster, none of them has the star power or big-play ability of OBJ. Having secured a massive extension for their star QB Daniel Jones, the Giants could certainly be on the lookout to add more pieces. A player like OBJ would certainly help out the Giants’ hopes of a deep postseason run in the upcoming season.

Of course, there are no guarantees that either of these teams will ultimately sign OBJ. The WR market can be fickle, and there may be other teams that show interest in him as well. However, the fact that two teams with some degree of interest attended his workout is certainly a positive sign for OBJ’s chances of returning to the NFL. As for OBJ himself, he seems determined to prove that he still has what it takes to be a top receiver in the league.

His recovery from his ACL injury has been long and arduous, but he appears to be fully healthy and ready to contribute to a team in need. Whether that team ends up being the Patriots, Giants, or someone else entirely remains to be seen, but one thing is for certain, the doors of the NFL are once again open for OBJ, and he’s ready to make the most out of his opportunity.
