As San Fransisco 49ers trashed Cleveland Browns 31-3 on Monday, quarterback Baker Mayfield was trolled by Nick Bosa with his own celebration.

Mayfield, who was the No1 overall pick last year, had a horrible game, completing just eight out of 22 passes for a career-low 100 yards. He had a 13.4 passer rating, fumbled twice, threw two interceptions, was sacked four times and then was pulled in the fourth quarter. The game saw it for the first time in Mayfield’s 18 career starts that he failed to throw a touchdown pass.

Things weren’t going well for Mayfield, when San Francisco defensive end Nick Bosa poked fun at the Browns quarterback. Bosa, the second overall draft pick this year, got up and pretended to wave a flag and plant it in the turf as the crowd roared. It was clearly a dig at Mayfield, referring to the time when Mayfield had planted an Oklahoma flag in the turf after leading the Sooners to win over Bosa and Ohio State in 2017.

Speaking about his celebration after the game, Bosa said: “I think everybody knows what that was for. Just wanted to get payback. He had it coming. I was kind of trying to talk. I don’t usually talk but this game he had it coming but he didn’t say one word back. I was just screaming his name, ‘Baaaaker…Baaaaaker,…you good? Come on pick it up, we want a challenge.”
