“No Words”: Juventus F.C. Star Mesmerized By Rafael Nadal’s Performance Against Novak Djokovic

By 1 month ago

Everyone is aware of the strong admiration Rafael Nadal holds for soccer. An avid fan of Real Madrid, and his country Spain, time and again we’ve had the opportunity to see his passion for soccer oozing out of his veins. However, the opposite is also true. Paulo Dybala, the Argentine soccer star, holds immense admiration for the Spaniard, which he was not shy to speak about.

Dybala was certainly proud of his compatriots for their performance in the Roland Garros. With both Diego Schwartzman and Nadia Podoroska making it to the semi-finals, the Argentine was over the moon for their success.

However, the attraction lay somewhere else. The Argentine spoke as Tennis Channel’s Athlete Analyst and was full of praise for Rafael Nadal. The French Open 2020 victory was Nadal’s 13th Roland Garros championship. Nadal not only won his 13th title in Paris but also touched Roger Federer in winning the most number of Grand Slam titles.

Roland Garros is done. Rafa Nadal won it in a match in which he gave no chance to “Nole” Djokovic. I think it was more than well deserved for him to win his 13th Roland Garros in his career, something amazing. He matched Roger with 20 Grand Slams. There are no words for this player, no words.”, Dybala stated.

Roger Federer over Rafael Nadal

The Argentine went along with a question-answer session soon. On one such question, it was asked who made him fall in love with tennis. While everyone anticipated it would be Rafael Nadal, the Argentine bamboozled everyone as he stated the name of Roger Federer. However, he maintained the balance as he chose Paris to be the preferred destination out of the four Grand Slam cities.

The unnatural feat of Rafael Nadal has brought the Spaniard quite an admiration from all over the world. Nadal has been ruling the Roland Garros since his debut in 2005.

The French Open 2020 victory in the final added another feat to his long list of achievements. It was his 100th win at the Roland Garros. While winning his 13 Grand Slam titles in Paris, he has lost only a couple of matches. Maintaining an exquisite record of 100-2 in the Roland Garros, he’s rightfully hailed as the King of Clay.
