Caeleb Dressel Rocks USA’s New Tech Suits for Tokyo Olympics 2021

The Tokyo Olympics 2021 is raising excitement levels with each passing day. Fans can hardly contain their anticipation knowing that the next summer games are not even a month away. The Olympics always garners massive interest in the United States, especially when it comes to swimming. Team USA Swimming is locked in for Tokyo, and recently unveiled their new tech suits for the 2021 Olympics featuring Caeleb Dressel.

What are tech suits? 

The name tech suits might seem confusing, but they’re simply bodysuits worn by the swimmers during their events. These special bathing suits are designed to help swimmers push their body limits to the maximum.

Tech suits compress around your body and offer better blood flow to the muscles. For men, the suits wrap around the thighs which increased performance as a result. Tech suits have vastly proved to be successful in swimming — a sport where every second matters. 

Team USA Swimming: Caeleb Dressel rocks new tech suit for Olympics

Caeleb Dressel is the current swimming superstar in the United States. He is expected to fill in the mighty shoes that Michael Phelps has left behind. Dressel is touted to win a handful of medals at the Olympics and he solidified his position by dominating at the U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials. 

Kyle Sockwell recently shared a post on Twitter that featured Caeleb Dressel sporting the new tech suits that the United States men’s swimmers will be wearing at Tokyo Olympics 2021. The suit is sponsored by ‘Speedo’ and is designed with in American colors. 

Team USA Swimming seems to have unveiled only the men’s tech suit so far. There is no information about the women’s tech suit as of now, but it would come in the same mixture of American colors.

Dressel is capable of breaking his own world record at the Tokyo Olympics 2021. He will participate in the 50m free, 100m free, 100m butterfly events individually and will also be a part of the relay teams. 

Team USA Swimming has its hopes resting on Caeleb Dressel and Katie Ledecky primarily. These two athletes are the golden swimmers of their generation and only time will tell if they will achieve glory at the 2021 Olympics.
