Jordan Spieth is one of the best players on the PGA Tour. Few players live up to the hype which gets created during the early stage of their careers. But Jordan belongs to those rare few players and has lived up to most of his expectations. However, a golfer is always seen with the number of majors he wins. So let see how many majors Jordan Spieth has won in his career so far.

Jordan Spieth has won three major championships in his career so far. He turned pro in 2012 and had an excellent start to his career. The 27-year-old’s first-ever PGA Tour win came in 2013 at the John Deere Classic.

However, he won his first-ever major in 2015, and that too the prestigious Masters at the iconic Augusta. Spieth beat Phil Mickelson and Justin Rose by four strokes to win the green jacket. And this victory moved him to second place in the official world golf rankings.

Jordan Spieth continued his dream run in 2015 as he won another major, The U.S. Open, in the same year. He finished with a score of -5 and remained a stroke ahead of Dustin Johnson and Louis Oosthuizen to win his second major championship title within two months.

After this, he had to wait till 2017 for his next major triumph. Spieth won The Open Championship at Royal Birkdale to get his hands on the third major title. But since then, Jordan has been going through some tough times and was struggling for form, especially in 2019 and 2020. 

However, the three-time major championship winner has found his form back once again as he won the Valero Texas Open in 2021. This was his first victory since the 2017 Open Championship win.

So even though he has lived up to the hype created at the start of his career, Spieth sort of went off-color for a couple of years and was out of sync with his game. But slowly, Jordan Spieth is getting back in his groove and is in a hunt for his fourth major championship victory.
