Rafael Nadal Reveals Why Babolat AeroPro is the Best Racquet For All

World no.2, Rafael Nadal, explicates how Babolat AeroPro is the best racquet to play with. Rafael Nadal, who has a career-time deal with Babolat, also talked about his relationship with the France based sports equipment company.

In an interview with Babolat, Rafael Nadal spoke about his working association with the French brand. He said, “Relationship with Babolat has been great during all those years. I started playing with Babolat at the age of 11 or 12 years of age.”

He further revealed that he is satisfied working with different people in Babolat. He continued, “I have worked with different people but the relationship with all of them has been fantastic. I really believe we worked in a good mood together and I am happy with everything.”

Rafael Nadal later divulged that he has been using the AeroPro since he was 15-years-old. “At the age of 15-16 years, I started playing with AeroPro and since the beginning, I have liked it, the feeling has been great and I knew that I would play with the racquet because I like it,” the Spaniard added.

Rafael Nadal likes to play aggressively and is known for his behind the baseline game founded on heavy topspin groundstrokes. The 33-year-old hits the heaviest topspin of the game with an average of 3200 rpm – peaked at 5000 rpm. The 18-time grand slam champion suggested that Babolat racquet helps him to create more spin with control.

He further added, “I can create the spin that I need and at the same time, I can feel the control of the ball. In general terms, that’s what I need. I need to feel the racquet a little bit like an extension of my arm and with this racquet, I always had that positive feeling.”

Rafael Nadal suggested the AeroPro racquets for the beginners as he feels that the racquet suitable to start with. “It’s a good racquet for the start, for the kids because it’s not a very difficult racquet,” He said. “It’s a racquet that you can have a good feeling from the beginning and the suited spot is big.”

He further explained that the AeroPro racquet is the best racquet for players who likes to play with more power and spin. “So I feel like everybody can play with this racquet. For players who like to play topspin with great power, I think that’s the good racquet.”
