WWE may have lost yet another Superstar to injury tonight on Raw. During the second hour of Raw, an eight-man tag team match took place.
The Viking Raiders teamed up with Ricochet and Apollo Crews to take on The Hurt Business. This time, the rogue stable had an all-new member in Cedric Alexander! If you’re wondering how that transpired, check out the link below.

The Viking Raiders, Crew, and Ricochet dominated the match while MVP was on the receiving end of most of the punishment.
Towards the end of the match, Ivar performed a suicide dive on all Superstars except Ricochet and Alexander, who were in the ring. Soon after the dive, Ivar showed the ‘X’ sign to the officials, indicating that he had suffered a legitimate injury.
Ivar just threw up an “X” hand signal after his dive.

Looking at the dive in the video above, there are two possibilities. Ivar crashed and injured his shoulder on his way down to the floor or he injured his leg on the landing.
In the ring, Cedric Alexander hit a Tiger Driver for a pin on Ricochet. The referee counted to three but Ricochet got his shoulder up on two. This didn’t look like the finish of the match but could have been changed last minute because of Ivar’s injury.
Cedric Alexander joins The Hurt Business on WWE Raw
There was a six-man tag team match earlier this evening on Raw. The Hurt Business (MVP, Shelton Benjamin, and the WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley) faced off against Cedric, Ricochet, and Apollo Crews.
As the match went on, Alexander destroyed Ricochet at ringside. Soon, Alexander entered the ring and delivered a Lumbar Check to his former partner.

He was tired of running around with Ricochet and Crews, being reduced to a second thought. Alexander was also tired of sacrificing his health and his career for someone else to get a title shot. He later claimed that The Hurt Business is the future.
