Serena Williams, in a candid interview, spoke about her relationship with her sister, Venus Williams, with whom she has spent years on and off the court. “I think every day is a great part hanging out with her‘, said Serena Williams.

Every day you learn something new about someone”, Serena continued. “I think that’s what life is about, it’s about learning something new every day”, she added. Serena heaped more praise on Venus, for being there for throughout her career, and offering a strong shoulder of support. “A partner for me that will be a lifetime”, said Serena. “She’s just a great individual and an incredibly powerful woman, we just do a lot of fun things”, she added.
Serena was asked about the free time she spends in her holidays, and what was her favorite hobby. Serena revealed that when it comes to singing songs, she is a decent enough singer.  “I would love to sing really well”, said Serena with a smile. “I think if I could sing, I would just be a star. But I don’t sing great”, she laughed. “I don’t sing bad, but I don’t sing great”, she added. “When you travel so much, it’s the best and most relaxing thing to just sit on the couch and not move”, she added.

Williams also hoped that she could stand as an example for the youngsters coming out into the WTA roster from America. “Hopefully I could be something positive for young Americans”, said Serena Williams. “There are so many young Americans playing today”, she continued. “They’re actually doing really, really well”, she added. ‘There’s a lot of young girls coming up. So that could be kind of cool as long as we keep things really professional on the court”, said Serena. “I’m really someone that always is like, Be the best, do the best.”
