Ryan Garcia apparently lost his phone during the event not once, but twice. The boxer shared the hilarious incident with his fans on X. Garcia stated, “Lost my phone and Cristiano Ronaldo had found it and then lost it again and then Turki Alalshikh had stumbled upon it. You can’t make this up 😂😂😭”

Discussing his meeting with the Portuguese talisman, Garcia took to his Twitter account, claiming, “He’s inspired me in many ways. I may not play football. But I appreciated everything he represents. How he played and so much more thank you @cristiano.”

Before he met with Cristiano Ronaldo, Garcia snapped pictures alongside the Al Nassr skipper’s son Cristiano Jr. The duo even posed for photos with Ryan Garcia, leaving an inspiring message for the 13-year-old. The boxer in his caption stated, “Let’s go! Pave your own way. You got it in you ⭐️.”

Ryan Garcia will be in action later this year with the American star expected to take on Errol Spence. Despite that, the boxer will have to keep an ear open with his win over Devin Haney, shrouded by controversies. The 25-year-old won by majority decision ending Haney’s 31-fight unbeaten streak.

However, just days after the fight, Garcia had tested positive for Ostarine, a banned substance, and has provided a B-sample for further testing.
