The Colombian singer has reinvigorated her musical exploits following her split with Pique last year. And she has consistently put out several Latin songs that have topped the charts worldwide.

According to this tweet on X by Shakira fan account shakirastuff_, the Colombian pop star “has reached 31 million followers on Spotify.” The tweet also suggests that she’s currently the the “#14 most followed female artist” on the music streaming platform and also globally ranked as the “#39” most followed artist “overall”.

Shakira broke the internet and YouTube earlier this year, after her single in collaboration with DJ and producer Bizarap crossed 63 million views in 24 hours, as reported by The Guardian. The song has now crossed over 600 million streams on the streaming platform.

Shakira attacked Pique with her lyrics in the song which translates to “a she-wolf like me isn’t for rookies”. She also sings “I was out of your league, which is why you’re with someone just like you”. These are among other references on the diss-track towards her ex-husband Pique.

The Shakira vs Clara Chia Marti battle rages on

The former center-back’s new girlfriend Clara Chia Marti doesn’t approve of Pique and Shakria’s peace pact. And she is stirring up trouble now, as per latest reports. It was earlier reported that Shakira and Pique came to a resolution mainly regarding their kids. The pair decided to make peace based on certain terms and conditions.

Pique and Shakira have two children named Milan and Sasha. But they are in Pique’s custody. One of the terms Shakira was persistent about was that Chia Marti shouldn’t come in contact with their children. However, Pique’s new girlfriend has already breached the clause and is against his peace pact with his ex. According to a report in Semana, Pique’s new partner spent a lot of time with Sasha and Milan on a recent trip to a town known as Blanes in Spain.
