Only a few days after leaving PSG, Neymar called out his and Messi’s time at Parc des Prince as ‘hell’. Former PSG legend and French international Édouard Cissé jumped in to give his verdict on the Brazilian’s comments regarding the treatment by the Parisian fans and club. However, the former PSG midfielder holds a different value and perspective on the subject, as he understands the relationship constraints Neymar had to face with the club and fans.

As reported by L’Equipe, Cisse said, “As for Neymar, I can understand his reaction. He’s had a stormy relationship with the club and probably didn’t feel he had enough support. For six years, there was a lot of tough love between him, the fans, and the club.
