Serbian striker Aleksandar Mitrovic had previously made a bold claim, comparing Al Hilal to Real Madrid in Asia. He has now revealed that he is a fan of Italian club AS Roma, while also reaffirming his commitment to his current club.

The tweet, originally in Spanish, states: “Mitrovic speaks: Play in one day in Serie A? “In life and in football you never know. In the past I was close to going, but now I am happy in Al Hilal and I want to do great things here. But I continue to follow the Italian championship where I support Roma.”
