After his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez had a stunning moment at the Paris Fashion Week, now his son Cristiano Jr is making the headlines. Following in his father’s footsteps, Cristianinho won his first of hopefully many trophies with the Al Nassr under-13 team. Both Ronaldo and Georgina are delighted with the 13-year-old’s achievements.

The pair took to social media to praise the young starlet. Amidst all this, rumors are flying about that the couple is set to finally tie the knot after 8 years of togetherness. What could be going on?

Cristiano Jr fulfills his promise!

Al Nassr are the champions of the Saudi U-13  Championship. Although technically they won the trophy 3 weeks back, the team had to wait until yesterday to get their hands on it. And Cristiano Ronaldo took to Instagram to praise his son. Via his story, the soccer icon showcased a picture of Junior with the trophy and captioned, “Congrats Team” with a trophy emoji alongside. Likewise, Georgina also took to Instagram to commend Cristiano Jr and said “Mini the best CR.”

For Cristiano Ronaldo, this is undoubtedly a moment to remember. Back in 2022, he spoke about his son in the documentary I Am Georgina. Cr7 had said then, “Cristiano Jr has the conditions, he has the potential. He has everything to dedicate himself to football and become a professional. I think so.” Junior’s triumph has vindicated Ronaldo’s words.

Just like his father, Cristiano Jr wears #7 for the Knights of Najd. He previously had played for the Juventus & Manchester United youth teams as well. Jr’s triumph is a happy moment for the family, but it seems even more celebrations are on the way.

Wedding on the cards for Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez?

Another one of Georgina’s Instagram updates recently caused quite a stir. The fashion influencer through a story, posted what looked like a wedding invitation of sorts. Under the word ‘Announcement’, a wedding envelope is shown with a red heart sign in the center. Below that, it is written, “& Georgina Rodriguez”, and further below, “024, Tue, 05, MAR at 7:00 PM, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.”

This looks like a major update of all sorts but it is not confirmed whether Georgina was referring to her wedding itself. The couple have come a long way since first meeting at a Gucci store in 2016. They have welcomed 4 children since, two via a surrogate mother. Considering how the two have struck together for the better part of the decade, a marriage seems inevitable.
