He partnered with Knighthead Capital Management LLC, the investment firm that acquired a 46% stake in Birmingham City F.C. in July 2023.

The California Cool will become the chairman of a new advisory board at St Andrew’s and will work with the board of management to help improve the club’s performance on and off the pitch.
