The Al Nassr star said that to like him, you don’t have to hate Lionel Messi and vice versa. He also added that fans of both sides have enjoyed the competitive spirit of how both stars showcased during their times in Barcelona and Real Madrid, respectively. He also declared that both of them changed the spirit of soccer. The Inter Miami star also called this rivalry a so-called battle and added that it was admirable that both of them have competed with each other.

There is no doubt mutual respect will remain between them for each other, even in friendship or rivalry. As far as Cristiano Ronaldo, the situation with him for the last dance remains unclear.

Despite this, there remains a hope that we could see the duo clash against each other in the distant future. The reason is Cristiano Ronaldo will be traveling with the rest of the team for the game against Herons.
