There is a talk that the 18-time Saudi league champions are looking to sign Paolo Maldini for the role of their Sporting Director.

The Italian legend was a previous director at AC Milan from 2019 until June this year. AC Milan chose to part ways with him after being taken up by new owners RedBird Capital. The former AC Milan captain and his family were long-time loyalists of the club, and he himself played his entire career there. Maldini was instrumental in Rossoneri’s resurgence in the last few years.
