Tom Ackerley is from Surrey in England and has been a big fan of the Premier League side Fulham FC. Robbie, in an interview from 2018 admitted that she also supports the London-based side in the Premier League.

The 32-year-old Hollywood star was in the UK in 2018 to promote her film ‘I, Tonya‘. She appeared for an interview on BBC’S Football Focus show during her UK promotional tour. During the interview, she revealed her love for the game of soccer and the PL club Fulham.

“I actually haven’t been to another Fulham game for a while, but I know they’re playing tomorrow against Aston Villa,” Robbie said. “And it’s my two best friends – well, it’s my husband and my other best friend Josie, so it’s, we’re all in a company together, lucky chap.”

Robbie also revealed her husband and her best friend’s favorite side. However, she added that she would support Fulham FC, her husband’s favorite soccer team.

She continued: “Aston Villa’s Josie’s team, Fulham’s Tom’s team, so they’re going to the game and it’s tense already. I’m on the edge of my seat to see who wins.”

When asked which team would she support, Robbie said, “I mean, I’ve pledged my allegiance to Fulham, so I want Fulham to win.”

Robbie isn’t really a regular at the Craven Cottage, but she always has her support for the Lilywhites.

The London-based team has been in impressive form this season after being promoted from the championship. Fulham has 19 points in 15 games this season. They are currently 9th in the league table with 5 wins, 4 draws, and 6 losses.
